Mr. Antony, as a founder member, is the heart and soul of the KADS project. A catalyst, a change maker molding and reshaping each and everything within his reach. He has vast experience and expertise in distinctive fields. Professionally as a Teacher and as a Head Master he is a holder of Kerala State’s Best Teacher award. He was a former member of the Director of Kumaramangalam Service Co-operative Bank. An excellent organic farmer, his online classes in Kitchen gardening is live every day on YouTube and other Channels. He has a definite vision and Mission. The widely acclaimed novel scheme for School Children “PACHAKUDUKKA” has been whole-heartedly accepted and put in operation by more than 25 High Schools near and around. Panchakudukka is incentivizing hundreds of school-going children to take up farming, generate income and save for their benefit. Not only the Kerala Government but the Government of Karnataka also have appreciated and accepted it as a role model to be emulated. His excellent leadership qualities, efficient management skills, and motivational qualities show a bright path to the next level of growth of KADS.

He is now holding the chair as President (KADS) and Chairman (KADS PCL).

Mr. Shukkoor is an outstanding farmer and a retired schoolteacher by profession. He is a well-known farmer and has proven his skills in the agriculture field. His vast experience and motivational skills have made many young people turn back to the agricultural segment. He is also involved in many social works activities.

Mr. Mathachan, as a first-rate farmer, engaged in multi crops producing like rubber, rice, milk, eggs, and meat with vast experience. He has been a great motivator to many farmers and made a difference in their lives. He was an elected member of Karimannoor Grama Panchayat, initiated many projects for the welfare of farmers. Many farmers are encouraged by his vision of farming.

Mr. Mathew is an excellent farmer and was serving as a General Manager in Urban Bank. His knowledge and skills in the field of the agriculture sector are an asset to the organization. He holds the position of Director - Administration Officer at KADS PCL.

Mr. Joseph is an outstanding farmer with experience in farm-fresh meat and its supply. His involvement in the farmer’s community as an agriculturist is a motivation to all. He has a vast area of livestock farm for meat and has a retail outlet at Thodupuzha and Eranakulam.

Mrs. Sheena Aloshy is an excellent woman entrepreneur who has made a remarkable change in the mindset of society. Her effective managerial skills and experience in administration have made her an example of a successful women entrepreneur. She is holding the position of In-charge (Administration) at the KADS PCL outlet at Alinchuvadu. She is also running a farm-fresh milk outlet at Eranakulam.

Adv. Girija, a successful woman entrepreneur, hails from an agricultural-based family. She is a well-known senior Legal Advisor and a good farmer. Her skills and knowledge as a professional is an added strength to the organization. As a successful farmer, she has been a mentor to many farmers across the region.

Mr. Teddy Jose is an exceptional farmer in pineapple cultivation. His experience and expertise as a young entrepreneur in KSA have made him a successful businessman. His systematic and professional approach towards every activity makes him stand out from the crowd. He is also a successful agriculturist with excellent know-how of every agricultural product and cultivation methods

Mr. George is a retired teacher with vast years of service with good experiences in agriculture and rubber plantations. He has been elected twice as panchayat president for Edavetty Panchayat. He is also serving as a member of the Director Board of Rubber Producer’s Society, Anchiry, and is an active member of ATMA. He is also a certified farmer in Fish & Goat farming. His vast know-how in the agriculture field is an asset to us.

Mr. Sukumaran is an outstanding farmer engaged in multi crops producing like rubber, rice, milk, eggs, and meat with vast experience. His experience and expertise as an agriculturist have made him a successful farmer and now has been a mentor to farmers across the region. He is a director board member and engaged in the supervision of KADS supermarket at Thodupuzha and Ernakulam. He is supervising the purchases from different farmers’ markets across Kerala.
